I lived at Linz for 3 years -when it first opened in 2022 and it was a great experience for the most part, my apartment was 4315. Myself and a few neighbors did have a few mice but under the stove and under the washer and dryer as well as in the pantry. I think the construction had something to do with it though because there were fields over there when I first moved there. There were ants in the apt too no more much they sprayed it just kept coming during some hot seasons. The property is gorgeous though and the maintenance was good for the most part. The floors were cheap though mine was lifting after about a year. The management switched every year. The neighborhood is nice and mostly nothing happened HOWEVER I did get my car stolen from the parking lot and apparently the cameras didn’t

Moved here in December 2023. It was nice. The office staff was helpful and available 7 days a week. The clubroom facilities were available till 11pm. The property was decently clean. Fobs for the buildings and access Fast forward to July 2025. The office is opened days a week and closes earlier now. The access to the facilities is now shut off after 6pm l, and the FOBs no longer work. We're supposed to use a new system called Butterfly, but it requires a smartphone to access each door. You need to log in to the app, find the exact door you are trying to enter, then tap the button on your phone to open it up. Not only is this more time consuming, it doesn't work properly. I love these apartments but can’t deal with important things not getting taken care of. Our doors coming in and out of our building have been not working more than they are working ever since the last manager Rebecka left. This allows pests into the buildings and lets the air conditioning out causing our personal bills to go up! Marissa and the assistant manager Janelle have tried to help with everything and every SINGLE TIME I have gone to try and speak to Maddie the property manager-she is not here. I have gone to the office at various times of the day to never find Maddie there. The maintenance supervisor Oscar and his technician Aaron are probably the best team of maintenance people I have been around.
