Olympus Rodeo

I moved to Olympus Rodeo one month ago from NYC. Not only has the management office been helpful in every way, making my move as smooth as possible, they have continued to be responsive with regard to anything big or small that arises. Tyler Cumerford and Jamie Garcia are always on call for any and all of your needs. I knew I had chosen the best rental complex in Santa Fe when I chose to live at Olympus Rodeo (and I saw all of them!), but it is even better than I had imagined. Maintenance is also wonderful and shows up immediately after you've submitted a work order. Thank you Patrick and Sebastian! And I haven't mentioned how quiet and peaceful it is here! There are also the beautiful views, and the walking and biking paths right next to the complex, not to mention so many other perk

Olympus rodeo is an exceptional property. The tour I received from Trinity was outstanding—she was knowledgeable, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process. I also had the opportunity to meet the property manager, Tyler, who was equally professional and informative. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained. I was especially impressed that the pool is open year-round, and the fitness center is excellent. The location is lovely and feels very safe, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking out Olympus Rodeo.

Since moving in a few months ago, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Olympus Rodeo. The staff in the office, including Manager Tyler and also Trinity and Jamie have been very welcoming and have responded quickly to any needs, and the Maintenance guys, Patrick and Leo have quickly resolved the few small things that needed to be fixed or adjusted. The location is great, easy access to I-25 but only 10 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza, and we love the tamale factory across the street, Posa’s, which serves a great New Mexican breakfast.

I had a grate experience on my tour at Olympus Rodeo. The community is well-kept, quiet, and in a convenient location and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The leasing office staff truly stands out — Trinity, Jamie, and Tyler are all incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They were willing to answer questions and make my decision fairly easy. I would definitely recommend Olympus Rodeo to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment complex with a great leasing team.

Overall, I could not recommend this community any less. It’s best to not have any expectations, because you will be disappointed at every turn. I’ve lived in communities managed by Windsor in other cities, so I know what quality and good service is, and this is not that. The finishes are cheap, the gate is broken more often than not, there are periods where the package system is broken and you can’t get packages, security is seemingly nonexistent when called for after-hours noise complaints, etc. The biggest issue is noise - the walls and floors must be paper thin if having constant bass thumping, hearing exactly what your neighbor is watching, or listening to them gaming loudly at all hours is “normal noise” the office can’t do anything about.
