Olympus Latitude

10/10! had a great experience touring on March 7, 2026 with Alek McKenzie. He showed us the one-bedroom units and was very nice, courteous, and professional throughout the entire tour. Alek took the time to answer our questions and made the experience comfortable and informative. His friendly attitude and knowledge of the property really stood out. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.

Alek provided a fantastic apartment tour. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. He gave honest, straightforward information about pricing and lease terms, answered all of our questions clearly, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. We really appreciated his transparency and positive attitude. We also love the property. It’s very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Highly recommend working with Alek!

We have been living at Olympus-Latitude for about two months now and we're very pleased with our experience so far. From day one, Alek and Adrian were welcoming, and very helpful. Alek is really passionate about his job, he’s a pleasure to work with. Move-in was a breeze. There were a few move-in issues: no internet service and an expired refrigerator water filter, they worked diligently to correct any issues as soon as possible. We are learning about all the nice amenities, and the grounds are always clean and well kept. Whenever there are issues, or we need help, the entire staff is always willing and able to help. We are enjoying our home at Latitude very much.

I completed a virtual tour with Alek, and I can’t even put into words how awesome he is! I am moving from Colorado, so my apartment search felt a little intimidating at first. But after connecting with Alek, I feel confident not only in the fact that beauty of the property matches what is shown online, but also that the staff working on the property are kind, helpful, and just want to you have a good experience. He was so easy to talk to and I felt like we had already known each other! I will be putting in my application :)

THE BEST property team out there. Alek is wildly attentive and can anticipate needs effectively. He’ll get you in the right unit and make sure everything runs smoothly through the whole process. Also worked with Adrian, who showed me around and was able to help me frame out in my head how I wanted my space to feel once I moved in. Just met Steven in maintenance as soon as I walked in my first day. Very friendly, hopefully I don’t need to call him too often… but if I do… I’m pretty sure I’ll be well taken care of.
