I strongly advise anyone considering moving to Fenwick Apartments to carefully reconsider. I have been dealing with an ongoing HVAC issue since the beginning of 2024. The problem has been repeatedly “fixed” or temporarily patched, only to resurface again. As of February 2026, the situation has escalated to an unacceptable level. Maintenance personnel have been working in my unit for three consecutive days, yet the issue remains unresolved. Work was left unfinished on a Friday evening with no notice, no communication, and no estimated time of completion. This lack of professionalism, preparedness, and accountability is extremely concerning. I have attached photos showing the incomplete work and the current condition of the unit. I have lived here since August. The apartment complex is nice, the unit I have is well laid out and spacious. It feels like a little townhome. The complex is large enough to do a mile loop if you’re a runner but also has a nice gym with equipment. The staff is courteous and helpful as well as management. They are personable and will remember you. No issues with loud neighbors, it’s pretty quiet for the location of the complex. Any maintenance issues are fixed promptly. I would say out of the complexes I looked at around Georgetown, this one fit all my needs.

DO NOT COME TO OLYMPUS FENWICK. Couple of years ago, someone got shot; and as of today Nov 1 of 2025, SWAT did a raid and confiscade almost 20lbs of coke and a couple of weed out of one of their apartments. If that's not enough, here is more: They advertise themselves as "luxury apartments"; however, the kitchen appliances are old, AC unit leak and the counter tops are damaged among other issues. But dont get me wrong, they will charge you that "Luxury apartment" price at the end of the month. Had maintenance issues and they would come and half-ass the repair. About 2 months later we'd have the same issue. The management is awful as well; except Zach, Zach is pretty cool. Olympus Fenwick Berwick staff 2025 has consistently provided a safe, welcoming environment with exceptional customer service.
