Olympus Chandler at the Park

I have lived at Olympus Chandler at the Park for two years, and I have absolutely loved it here. The leasing staff and maintenance team is very kind and attentive, resolving issues in a timely manner and always being respectful to residents. I have never had a maintenance issue not get resolved within 48 hours. The apartments themselves are high quality and a great place to live. We have high ceilings and large rooms which gives the apartment a luxury feel and absolutely makes it feel like home. A common issue I see often in newer apartments involves insects, but I have never had an insect issue living here (knock on wood, lol!). My most recent interactions with Royce from the maintenance team at Olympus have far exceeded the expectations I had for my service requests. He is professional and thorough, and very pleasant in general. I can tell that he cares about the work he is doing. On every occasion that he’s been inside of my unit he’s respected my home as if it were his own. He has a sense of pride in his work and in the property that is extremely refreshing to observe. Keep up the great work Royce!

My husband and I toured this location last week. We ended up leasing a 1 bedroom here! The location is great, I loved the apartment amenities, the elevator access, and most importantly how inviting and helpful Matthew the leasing agent was! We heard great things about this property management and Mathew’s guidance with the application process lived up to that expectation 😊 thank you for making us feel welcomed and excited to be new residents here😊

This place is great. Went looking for a first appartment for my daughter and luckily stumbled upon this gem right out of the gate. Didn't have to look any further. Clean, quite, and convinent location. In unit amenities are great and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We were so pleased that my other daughter is moving in soon as well.

We just moved into Olympus and are loving it! The property is well-maintained and super clean. The amenities are top-notch. The apartment complex and package room are safe from unauthorized access. Many thanks to the office staff; Steven, Jonathan, and Kristin for being super accommodating during our apartment search (we viewed many different layouts here at Olympus!) and making our move way easier.
