The team at Olympus Boulevard has been absolutely wonderful! From the beginning, Brittany made the whole process smooth and stress-free — she was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The staff truly care about residents’ comfort and ensure everything is taken care of. Whenever something needs attention, the maintenance team responds promptly and fixes it right away. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to call home. Overall, I’m very impressed with how responsive and attentive the entire team is — it really makes living here a great experience.

I have lived at this property since 2021. The maintenance crew has always been nice and helpful — that is where the positives end. The office staff is nearly impossible to reach. Emails and calls go unanswered, and the only way to speak to anyone is to physically go into the office. Residents pay $50 a month for reserved garage parking — especially if you live on the third floor, because good luck finding a regular spot otherwise — yet people still park in spaces that don’t belong to them. When this happens, the towing process is a disaster. The tow company is rude and slow, and management never responds after hours to authorize a tow. I recently spent hours trying to get a car removed from my assigned space, only to be told conflicting stories while no one from the complex or the courte

⭐️ WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD ⭐️ I began renting with Olympus in 2023 at their Benbrook, Texas location after moving from McKinney to expand my barbershop, FlIPSIDE Barbershop. My experience there was genuinely positive — the staff was polite, courteous, and respectful, and the maintenance team was prompt and professional. I never had a single issue during my time in Benbrook. Unfortunately, my transfer to the Frisco property was the complete opposite. My business partner and I couldn’t secure a suitable shop space in Fort Worth, so I had no choice but to relocate to Frisco to stay near my business. Initially, I’d requested a transfer to the Allen location, but management changes made that impossible. I dreaded coming back to Frisco, given my past experiences here — and sadly,

My sister lost her phone on the terrace and next day we found a note if someone has lost their phone please contact at this number 3.
