This apartment complex looks nice at first glance but it is nothing more than low income housing for a slightly higher price tag. We moved in one year ago under the previous management which was terrible. They were impossible to get in touch with and not one maintenance repair was addressed in over 6 months. The new ownership seems more attentive and I actually see the new maintenance man out working all day. The problem is that most of the renovations were done under the previous owners and they used extremely cheap contractors. I have lived in these apartments for the past 6-7 months and it has been absolutely one of the best, if not the best apartment complexes I have been at. There are 3 key people that have made this possible and are always available and super responsive. Karen, the leasing manager, is a very sweet woman that has always been available to answer all questions and concerns. Coming to the apartment in the beginning and walking through, she explained all the renovations being made with these newly updated apartments. They are very modern and appealing and that’s what honestly drew me in the most. Greg, the maintenance man for the complex, is constantly on-site working all day. He has been a blessing when taking my calls and coming out to fix or adjust anything big or small with the apartment. A

We have lived here for 8 years. Right now we are on our third owners. The current owners are AMAZING people. Maintenance man is so nice. So is the property manager. They fix things when needed. They are extremely helpful in other situations.
