Olson Defendorf did a major upgrade to our home. Very happy with the experience. They were on time, on budget, and the results exceeded our expectations. The turnkey approach also fit our busy schedules. The team was responsive to our needs and concerns before, during and after the project. We would definitely use them again for an upgrade….or maybe just have them build our NEXT home!

I have been friends with Eric since college and I have always enjoyed my time with him whether talking real estate, golf or University of Texas athletics. I have been a real estate broker for 20+ years and I have worked with so many great Austin builders. Years ago, I referred Eric to some Tarrytown clients and they knocked it out of the park with their custom home on Bonnie Rd. When we decided to remodel our Westlake home, we didn't consider anyone else. Eric and the team walked us through the entire process, set our expectations, and performed beautifully.
