Olsen Group at Keller Williams Premier Realty

Wanted to tour a house to purchase on 1250 McKnight Rd N in Maplewood. Jeffery never let us tour the house but stalled till the next day only to tell us that it's under contract. Call Mike and all he had to say was 'under contact '. Told Mike to do better to serve the customer. Doesn't sound promising by the Olsen Group at all. Doesn't sound like they want to help us minority or thinks we capable of purchasing. I would stay away from Olsen Group. And they called themselves Premier with this kind of service.

Mr. Michael Olsen and his staff are phenomenal at customer service and care. Michael takes the time to answer all questions and ensures that you understand what is asked. Michael listens to what you want and works hard to fulfill your needs and wants in a house or property. Michael is available and present at every step of the home buying process to include after closing. I never thought I was alone at any point throughout the process. I have bought and sold previously with Michael and will continue to utilize his expertise in the future. Definitely happy with Michael Olsen and his staff.

Jeffrey was very prompt in all the dealings I had with him. Quick replies to emails and texts, immediately answered the phone, and was early to the showing. Thoroughly answered all questions. It would be a pleasure to work with him in the future !
