Eric and Shelly were great to work with. Very accommodating and patient. This was our first custom build from the design plan to the finished house we had a great experience.

We very happy with our new home. Built by Olsen Custom homes. They are amazing people very responsible. Friendly hands on. On everything that’s something we don’t see everyday. We worked with Paul the site manager can’t say enough about him . Great guy works very hard to make sure everything is done right and the customer is happy. I would recommend this Company to anyone who needs to build a new home.

We have Eric Olsen of Olsen Custom Homes building our new home in the Hammock. Yesterday my husband ran into our new next door neighbors whose home was built by Olsen Custom Homes in 2015. I think it says a lot about a builder when you purchase one of there homes and love the quality so much that when you're ready to sell and build again, you choose the same builder. We were going to check out several builders for our new home...Eric Olsen happened to be our first stop...we never visited another builder, after sitting with Eric our gut told us he was the one and we have never looked back and have been over-the-moon happy with him, his team and the entire process so far. He has proved again and again to be an honest, trustworthy person who stands behind what he promises and works with you

Olsen Homes is a good and reliable business, which is not that common these days. They built our entire home, including the large driveway and it turned out to be one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood. They do experience shortages like everyone else, but will do their best to fulfill your orders. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Our home, next to family and friends, is our most prized possession thanks to Olsen Custom Homes. The construction phase was a joy. We would do it all over again if we could. Such pride in the workmanship and proud of the Olsen family for their community involvement. Love love our new custom home.
