Beautifully set the moment you drive in the neighborhood as the trees lining the road are dimly lit by lights. The houses are ranging from the 300's to 600's (thousand s) and are all fairly large/accommodative houses. Construction is still in progress but not enough to cause any traffic issues. Many houses are already bought before/during construction and the customers may visit their houses in progress.

I am a homeowner in this neighborhood going one year now. I have nothing but all Good things to say about Pulte and the neighborhood in General. The construction quality was spot on and the high quality materials used in the construction. After built follow up was also great. Pulte was there to resolve any issues no matter how minor . A great Team and very professional.

Although still in development the neighborhood seems to be a nice neighborhood. The sales people are extremely helpful ands go above and beyond. The GC is very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. Overall I am satisfied with the home.
