Donald Brown is Awesome!! He made himself available to me 24/7, and everything was done very quickly. He explained the whole process and made sure I understood everything. A very personable and professional loan officer! I feel like I've made a new friend. When you're buying or refinancing, you never know who or what you're going to get. Hire Donald Brown! I normally don't write reviews. I do this today because of the excellent service I received from Donald Brown. It's not the first time I have refinanced, but it is the first time that a Loan Officer has given me options and explained the pros and cons to each option that made my wife and I feel comfortable with the process and States Mortgage. I felt like I was schooled in understanding how the refinance system works. Donald explained and answered ever question that we had and was always available. I can only give five stars, but he is above that. He is an outstanding Loan Officer and a credit to States Mortgage. I know we will be doing business again in the future.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to after my experience working with Donald. It took him a while to earn my trust, since we never meet in person. Nonetheless, Donald was extremely responsive and available even on nights and weekends he would respond to my questions.
