OBPM is the best property management company I’ve dealt with. Two years with them was stress-free and smooth. They were prompt with maintenance requests and so respectful. I hated to leave, but had to move out of state. Mr. Charles and Derrick are a fantastic team!

Charles was a great! He was very responsive, polite, transparent, and informative. He understood the rush we were in to find housing and our distance-search and did not express any frustration despite us calling and texting frequently! Additionally, he offered military discounts which is always appreciated. We ended up selecting an apartment instead of the beautiful townhome he showed us, but I would recommend working with him. There were some technology aspects that were a bit behind, but hopefully will be updated and up to par soon!
