Olde Towne in Kenwood

I came here to drop off a delivery order. After completing the drop-off, a woman came outside and told us to move because she said we had been sitting there too long. We had only been there briefly to complete the delivery. The interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I understand properties have policies, but the way it was handled did not feel welcoming or respectful. The interaction left me feeling singled out and racially profiled which was disappointing.

We recently moved from Arizona to Cincinnati and were in desperate need of a home. My husband’s new job was moving along quickly and we had to play catch up to find a place. Moving to a new state is intimidating enough but having to find a place for your family before personally viewing it is terrifying. Thankfully, Christine was amazing in helping us move! She was warm and kind, assuring us that we would love the property and area. She gave us a tour on Sunday even when the office was closed! She was so welcoming and helpful! Couldn’t ask for a better team to be managing the property we live in. They are all genuinely kind and helpful. Great first impression of Cincinnati.

My wife and I lived at Olde Towne for nearly 5 years. The staff was always wonderful and really make an effort to bring the community together. We always felt safe and had no issues with crime. The recent renovation to the pool area is first-class. I recommend anyone looking to rent an apartment or townhouse in the Cincinnati area to stop by and see what Olde Towne has to offer.

We had been there for 7 years. While Kenwood Olde Towne may be older, their quick and efficient handling of maintenance issues (even during holiday weekends), friendly and professional staff, safe neighborhood for walks, and well-maintained landscape made our time there a pleasure. Facing significant delays in maintenance at our current place has made us value our time there even more.

I am truly shocked that any property would conduct business the way that this place has. I have lived here for four years, stuck through all the bumps in the road when it comes to having an older building; having my ceiling leak, crazy noises that would keep me up all night, and a furnace that was overheating my apartment for months. I even endured the stabbing that took place here a few months after moving in. The Maintinance man uses residents’ bathrooms and does not flush the toilet. After all this, and still continuing to be a good resident who pays on time, I am now receiving a notice to vacate on the holiday weekend. I have about 30 days to get out, with no explanation or appropriate notice for somebody who has lived here for so long. It is so upsetting that a company would treat any
