My wife and I have sold quite a few homes, but never did we have the cooperation, the friendship and the due diligence of Sue Bee. We left Florida to come to our house in Jersey and forgot to put the air on called Sue Bee she ran over and put it on. She’s she’s amazing. She thought that the house could use a power washing so she got a power washer and did it herself who does that?. The house front bushes seemed a little wild, so don’t you know that she went and got a hedge, clipper and clipped it and swept up everything I could go on and on but if you don’t use her, you’re crazy. I am not her husband, a friend a cousin this is just the guy from New Jersey telling you how I was treated by Sue Bee. Sue Bee I can’t thank you enough and you know that because we’ve thanked you a lot thank you.

My experience began when Chrissy suddenly took over as property manager shortly before I moved into my rental. While I understand transitions happen, the complete lack of communication was alarming. In the days leading up to my move-in, I received no information about how to get the keys. On move-in day, I stood outside the house with movers (paid by the hour) while Chrissy claimed she had no idea I was moving in and said she had a flat tire.
