Alex and Peaches are the best. They both have gone above and beyond for any buyers I have brought & break all the information down in a way that makes home buying process less intimidating especially for first time buyers. The quality of the homes by Rocklyn at Old Salem are far beyond any of the nearby competition. I would definitely recommend.

Very bad and faulty property that we purchased brand new. We currently have a security issue for the recent multiple back to back home intrusions and they are treating it like we have an appliance issue. The problem stems from poor window security construction but the reply we received was someone may contact you in five business days!

They will sell you a dream to get you into these townhomes. At these prices you still hear your neighbors on both sides is definitely concerning. Little parking, neighbors are parking down the street and in front other peoples homes and sometimes in the middle of the street when they have partys. I definitely feel scammed and hustled. After a year youll see cracked and shipped flooring. The new buyers dont suspect a thing because they visit during the daytime Neighbors have already threatened each other and police get calls to this neighborhood at least 4 times a month and they are only half way finished. Everyone experience wasn’t pleasant moving in this subdivision. If only the builder was upfront about the many issues I’d face. Now I can wait till they are completed builting so I can s
