They tried to charge me over $7,000 in items that were clearly not mine. It was from another escrow. Had they read the giant bold letters with a different address they would have seen this but they had this and other items from another escrow on my settlement statement. It really messed things up, and that's not all. I've been a Realtor 10 years and never seen such sloppy mistakes, unresponsiveness, and rude escrow officers. I was not responded to and treated rudely on top of their numerous mistakes that nearly killed my escrows. Very disappointed in this company and they deserve this after their mistakes and the way they treated us. They need to own up to their lack of professionalism and take their job more seriously. Great company an staff! Cherylle and Kelley are thorough, professional and very fast to respond and make things happen. I do about 25-30 real estate transactions a year and Cherylle is my preferred escrow officer.
