Old Republic Title

I love this title company! Catherine McCarty the Escrow Manager is warm personable and easy to work with! Great team energy when you walking to the office.

So we have been dealing with Bidwell title and Escrow as they are changing over to old Republic title and I have just got to say I am NOT happy at all.They have screwed around so long and are making it so hard for my realtor that we now are 45 days in a 30 day Escrow. They have been giving me and my husband they're running around when it comes to filing our paperwork. I would like to try to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it's because they are changing companies.But I'm not a 100% sure,Because it's not like we've had good service when we had gone in to sign paperwork. I just have to say not very professional at all.

Trevor Joyner and the whole staff at Bidwell Title are exceptional! My escrows with Bidwell always go so smooth. Preliminary Title Reports come quick and detailed, and their underwriters are very considerate and are able to help if there ever needs to be a correction. These guys are the experts if you ever need an escrow done, they are great at purchase escrows, dealing with 1031 exchanges, complicated ownerships, and seller carry-back loan financing. My colleague recently closed an escrow with over 40 owners and Bidwell made it happen like it was nothing! Trevor is my go-to call with all my title and escrow questions, and Louis in customer service always seems to work some magic with the public records to find me land comps, subdivision maps, or anything else I can't seem to find elsewher

Catherine and her team at Bidwell Title & Escrow went above and beyond to take care of my husband and I during our home buying process. From our first visit we were impressed with the professional and friendly attitudes shared by everyone in the office. Our escrow process was a bit unusual for reasons outside of their control, but Catherine and her team didn’t skip a beat in making sure we were taken care of and ready to proceed to the next step whenever it became available. They always kept open and clear communication throughout the entire process so we were never left in the dark as to what was going on. To Ashley: This may not not be Bidwell's fault. I am using an online lender and they pushed hard for me to use a mobile notary. I resisted and my estimated closing costs for title immediately dropped. I am sure title companies want to be able to work with on line lenders. Just guessing,, they may get a portion of the fee charged to the borrower--but mobile notaries probably make it easier for the lender who doesn't have to deal with paper. I've used Bidwell before: very professional, very pleasant.
