Horrible!! Money hungry!! Told me they couldn’t find my email about not renewing then came up with all kinds of charges to keep my deposit!!! They lie and give you the run around! I left the apartment spotless and even cleaned behind the stove and refrigerator! There was no reason to keep my deposit. Made me pay into the next month when I was clearly gone. Oh yea I have proof!!! Said I owed for water and what not but I clear have a receipt showing a 0.00 balance!!! This place is sad

Sofia is absolutely amazing! I work at a different property, and she made it completely stress-free to get the information I needed to be successful. Normally, it takes forever to get a response from another property, and many don’t even answer the phone — but Sofia picked up all three times and remained highly professional throughout. You don’t find that kind of energy in this industry anymore. I’m very thankful and highly impressed! 🤎

This apartment is fantastic! I moved in 2 weeks ago and had a few maintenance issues that were taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff is very responsive. I just love it here!!

I wish there were 0 stars. HORRIBLE apartment complex, they don’t even clean the apartments and give to you all dirty starting from there, halls and stairs cases are next to dirty at the point where there are chicken bones, feminine pads, dirty cotton swaps everywhere! They want to charge you with and without reason for absolutely everything! They wanted to charge us 3 months of rent for not giving notice to vacate when I sent two emails wanting end my lease, but they never found it. They are old and smelly, very dirty and loud. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemies! Please don’t rent here!

Save your money and go somewhere else where you will have to pay more! But, it is worth it. A/C did not work, tub was broken, toilet did not work, smell in apartment was terrible...I have been very sick since moving in. Music all hours of the day/night. No move-in inspection was done prior to moving in and I had to beg for work orders to be done. I finally stopped asking for work orders to be addressed as someone from the office broke my tv while in my apartment...one of the few times they addressed a work order. Maybe it was an accident...I will never know. They do not care! Melissa (community manager) tried to charge a late fee after I paid my rent on time and then tried to charge me another day after move-out…among other things.
