Incompetent management who really struggle to clearly communicate anything. Also genuinely terrible sound insulation. I could understand exactly what show my downstairs neighbor was watching while sitting in my living room even with my tv on. I could hear neighbors sneeze and cough through the wall. Through my kitchen wall I could hear the exact details of my next neighbors conversation about them moving. The units are small and cramped and I had issues with a mouse in my unit as well Overall it’s an old poorly built building with idiotic management, definitely don’t make the mistake I did and sign a lease there

I really enjoy my apartments. Everyone stay to themselves around here. The only thing that's a headache at times is that we don't have assigned parking and outsiders just pull up and park wherever they feel like. Other than that, I enjoy being in a area that's family friendly for the price. We're close to everything and that's always a win for me! I appreciate management for being available to answer my questions at any time.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. There is mold that they will ignore you about, along with so many other issues. I was forced to move out because my apartment flooded and they refused to help in a timely manner. Their solution was to have ME book a hotel every night (meaning I would have to check in and out daily) or put me in a completely empty apartment with no bed, shower curtain, cookware or anything to live a somewhat normal life. I haven’t lived there and they’re texting me now threatening to have their attorneys file an eviction against me. When I responded, whoever I was talking to had no idea I had moved out already which tells me there’s no communication internally. (Which makes sense as to why they’re so terrible) AVOID AVOID AVOID!
