Tenants let their kids harass the Seniors and other tenants. With load voices and sound. There's no set time for closure of the play area. Kids 3 yrs to 12 years old put outside from 3:30 to 10:00 at night. This nice place has been turn into a GHETTO. While the parents are around in their apartment. AWFUL PLACE . The children's are very rude have no repeat for adults and rules of the landlord. They damage the property.
I really enjoy living here with the exception of my loud upstairs neighbors that have several children and let run amuck through the wee hour's of the night. Other than that I love living here and the Apartment Manager is really nice.
We moved in few weeks ago and absolutely love it at Ohlone Garden , The Lady in the office “Debra” has been amazingly helpful and friendly from the viewing to our move-in, always willing to assist and arrange things for us.the location is well connected and safe.
