I’ve been here a couple of months now. The ladies in the office were very welcoming and helpful from day one. Any maintenance issues I had were minor and fixed promptly. I’m pleased at the how nice the complex is kept up. I’ve mentioned this place to a couple of co workers who are looking to move her too. The move in was smooth and everything was as it should have been since I’ve been here. I’m happy to be here and will be for a while. Perfect for me.

I’ve lived on this property for 5 devastating years. The office manager is very mean, belittling, rude and steals money from residents. The maintenance doesn’t fix nothing he only puts a bandaid on the problem not to mention comes in your apartment after hours touching your valuables (seen on my security system). The water comes out brown in the units, mice, bugs, they have large green dumpsters that have maggots around them along with stray animals. Several units and or cars broken into with no follow ups, APD never comes to your aid at this location. It’s very unsafe for children as well. Gun violence is now at an all time high. 3x the rent is required for market rent and tax credit(based on income) units, they will not provide the legal documentation for these actions. Shelly the manager slurs her words quite a bit and she's a Big Liar. So they don't allow you to submit your information yourself you have to submit a paper application and then they submit the information to leasing desk. Before applying we asked her would there be a denial for No credit , she said no that wouldn't deny you. That was a Lie. She then said that she was going to deny the application anyways before the denial because she stated that she felt that my son was getting the apartment for his mom. That was also a lie. The corporate office and the regional managers does not respond to emails or voicemail messages. This application was submitted on October the 4th it is now October 23rd. Never gave me back my security deposit. The office is scamming!

A friend lived here and the new management team does not respond to maintenance requests. There are spider webs everywhere. The trash has not been picked up in months. So disgusting.
