Ogeechee Place Apartments

The housing authority had this place listed as an apartment that offered 4bedrooms. So I went to the website. Sure thing, 4 bedrooms is on their site so I requested floor plans n was told they don’t offer 4 bedrooms and that I should check their website for the most up to date information. Update your website. If you don’t offer 4 bedroom apts you should not advertise them

I have been waiting for a little over a month to know my status on my application. No one answers the phone when you call the office . I spoke to management to find out that my application was never sent. So here I am still waiting after being reassured that my application will be process . No updates. Me and finance having been loosing faith with this apartment complex. I try to be understanding but we have a certain time Limit to use our assistance.

They will give you the run around if they even answer the phone for you. Called several times no one could give me the status of my application but they got their application fee though. Very unprofessional. For them to have several apartments available they are not accepting any of the applications turned into them with no explanation at all.

I can’t wait until my lease is up. The trash people throw on the property is unacceptable and disgusting. Black people we have to do better!

My whole process with them was so unprofessional they gave me the run around just for them to decline me 4 months later
