Ogburn Properties

This company is terrible, racist and a scam! My husband and I applied to a property 4136 sunflower circle in Winston Salem, NC. At first we called them and asked has anyone applied to this property before we even applied and toured it. They said no, nobody applied yet! We went to tour the property and applied the same day. We also had a guarantor that makes 150,000 a year with an 800 credit score. We waited to hear back from this company and never got a call. We never got an email from this company. We called to check on our application and they said we were denied due to our guarantor and their debt to income ratio. Our guarantor does not have any debt she has an 800 credit score making 150,000 a year so we know they lied. They also never sent us a denial letter to our email or anything

This is a terrible, unprofessional property management company. They do not care about their tenants, properties, or neighbors. They don't fix anything while you live there, then keep your deposit so they can.

I have dealt with various property management companies and HOA, with my home, and I have to say that Ogburn Properties is THE BEST of them ALL! I have submitted some maintenance requests on their portal and impressed by the immediate turnaround! When I call to ask questions, the staff is VERY kind and professional as well. Ogburn Properties is, hands down, an AWESOME property management company to rent from!

Super conscientious group all around that seems to have a tenant-friendly tone at the top. All office staff and maintenance personnel have been friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable as well as consistently responsive. Solid 10/10 recommend.
