EVERYONE associated with OFFERPAD has been better than exceptional. The service cannot be matched. Jake Sochaski even wore khakis and a red shirt on the day of my closing. The inspection team was delightful. The Title Team never grumbled despite many changes. They were very fair over several issues where I needed a little leaway. I'm just sorry I don't have another house to sell as I will miss all of my new friends at Offerpad.

Overall we had a great experience with Offerpad. If you are on a short time table to sell your house within 30 - 45 days or so, then Offerpad may be for you. No showings or open house was very helpful for us to concentrate on selling, moving and shipping all our belongings out of the house in a timely fashion without having to schedule walkthroughs to the general public. I really had no idea of what to expect, but in the end it worked out for us. We were able to close and sell our house right on schedule. The only thing I thought was a little deceptive on Offerpad was the final price offer after the house inspection. Of course the final price offer was lower than the initial offer. Offerpad was very easy to work with. The customer service was unreal. Our success manager Natalie was thorough and called in regularly to check in with us. They worked directly with the sell of our home so that we could simultaneously close on our new build, and it was a dream. I have nothing but good things to say. Even when the adjustments were made on our original offer after we had our walkthrough, we were able to negotiate to a number we felt comfortable so we could continue under our contract.
