Odyssey Lake

I very much enjoyed my time at Odyssey Lake. I can't give enough praise to the leasing team, Philip and Kelly, and Zane from maintenance. The entire team cares about the property itself and their tenants. I've always been able to reach them on the phone, email, or in person with no issues and they are very quick to help with any concern you may have. They constantly keep you updated about any issues in the area, events that are happening at the clubhouse, and have tons of resident meet and greets to get to know your neighbors. I never had any issues with things like pest control, they make sure to keep the pest control constantly updated. I didn't use the facilities much, such as the gym or pool, but they were very well maintained when I did visit. There are also plenty of sidewalks thro

Just moved in and already loving the property. Overall it is very quiet here and parking is easy there are plenty of spots available, super pet friendly, a lot of doggy relief areas throughout and the dog park is well maintained. Being around the lake is a nice feature. I've needed some simple maintenance and usually next day they are here to help! Property managers are great to work with and have been so nice.

I stayed at Odyssey Lake for almost 2 years and have enjoyed my time here. I recently transferred to a sister property, and both Philip and Kelly were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are always completed promptly, although the trash compactor would get full, it never stayed that way for long. Communication from the leasing staff was very consistent and informative regarding office closures/pest control/etc.

Nosey entitled neighbors making ridiculous complaints for doing what you will in your own home. If you smoke do it in your own comfort. The walls are not soundproof so entitled neighbors will feel as if you need to be quiet just for them. It is a quiet neighborhood and nobody bothers nobody until entitled karens move in. If you mind your business you will be content here, if you dont you will be miserable. We all pay closely to similar rent, please be understanding that this is not a hotel or the place to be if you are lookong for a vacation. If you are an uppity type of person consider moving to an HOA neighborhood. If not mind your tax bracket.
