Shannon and his team at Odyssey Home Repair removed our MDF vinyl wood flooring in all three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and hall that was damaged due to water intrusion during Hurricane Milton in October 2024. They replaced it with plank tile. We were on a deadline because we had friends from Michigan coming to stay in our condo starting the middle of December for two months. Shannon was able to get the old floor removed and the new tile and baseboards installed and the tile sealed in time for our guests to arrive. They took care of moving all the furniture for the project, covered all the furniture and they cleaned the condo of all construction dust after they were finished. Shannon and his crew have done a couple of jobs for me over the last month or two. They helped finish a drywall job at my house where I got in over my head and they helped me build an office in my garage. He’s on time, works fast, responds to questions quickly, and the whole team seems very trustworthy. I left them alone at the house a number of times with no concerns.
