I was impressed with Odyssey Home inspection, INC especially Al Gartamaker's eye for detail. His 45 page report was as thorough as can be. We've been living in our new home for 10 months and he caught things we missed. My wife and I would highly recommend Odyssey Home Inspection. Ask for Al Gartamaker. He's genuine and sincere.

Tyler was disappointing. I went with him after seeing rave reviews, but he was her for only 2 hours. I purchased a cinderblock constructed home and he was not knowledgeable of that kind of construction. My realtor and I had to prompt him to check multiple things, and still he missed very obvious things that I identified after moving in. There are several light switches that I discovered after move-in that do not turn anything on or off, which he didn't catch or flag for me. The master bath handle was put on wrong, which he also didn't flag. Two of the fans ended up needing replacement after I moved in because they didn't work and the motors were burnt out -- also something he didn't catch. I can't even be sure that he turned on every light and faucet while he was here. In fact, it was the

Al Gartamaker completed our on-site inspection report on 10/30/2025. He flew a DJI 4K drone to inspect the roof of the house, looked at every single door and window, checked the grout in our bathrooms and even used a FLIR thermal gun to inspect the insulation in the walls. On top of that, literally, he crawled in the attic to look for issues. Happy to say Al relieved a lot of our concerns and provided knowledge and recommendations for warranty home inspection. If you have a brand new build, please trust Odyssey with your home inspection reports. You will thank me later.
