October Station Apartments

Apartments are okay. Leasing office is terrible. The most unprofessional people I’ve ever come across in my life. Ta’nae lies all the time, never knows what she’s talking about, and will say anything to get you out of her face. The other lady does nothing all day and is rude. They’re both lazy and inconsiderate. For almost a month they’ve given me the run around about getting my kitchen light fixed (it’s still broken btw), I had to be very assertive for them to take fixing my heat seriously, and I could give plenty more examples of their unprofessionalism and lack of care for the residents. If I could figure out how to get in touch with corporate I would’ve been reported them both. I constantly have to go in the office repeating myself, they NEVER answer the phone even though they’re in t

Just wanted to take a minute to say Thank You for doing your very best to keep this very beautiful community a neighborhood to be proud of. I understand that not everyone takes pride in this community, but I am definitely an exception. I think the majority of residents in this building are responsible adults, but there are times I wish I had a camera for negligent acts found in the breezeway (I contribute this to children). With that being said, Thank You for the wonderful power wash that has our breezeway looking refreshed. A special thank you to Mrs. Natarsha who is attentive and so professional Always getting the job done. Please tell the maintenance crew they are the best. I’m going to give this place 3 stars simply for the poor communication. But the apartments and townhomes itself definitely deserve 5 stars. I lived here for 5 years and never had a problem. The area is very quiet, I had the same neighbors the entire time I was there and we were all like family. All the apartments are nice and clean inside. You never have to worry about any bugs, maintenance is amazing you’ll never have to wait days without hearing from someone. Burt (the maintenance man) is AWESOME! My problems started after I left. Nobody ever answers the phone here!! You call and call but all you get it some stupid automated message.
