Octave Apartments

UPDATE: our kitchen, and bedroom windows are also leaking and have MOLD (see last two pics) & still no reasonable update about the porch door being repaired. Just being told every week that they are waiting on “approval”. YET the moment people move out they can get these companies out to “renovate “ for the next renter but can’t get appliances, doors, etc. repaired/replaced in a timely manner. If you don’t want to waste time & money don’t move here! Have been and CURRENTLY still experiencing way too many issues to name since moving in a newly “renovated” apartment from an older model. New appliances not working, not having heat, water entering under porch door on night 1, poor communication, timeliness, etc. I could go on and on. Absolutely worst moving and living experience ever. Mind y

We toured the community with my family and were welcomed by a great atmosphere and excellent customer service from Antoiné. She is the sweetest! She answered all of our questions and was very professional throughout the tour. She was truly the highlight of our visit ,thank you! The apartments were beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the storage space in the unit wasn’t enough for my family’s needs, which was the only reason we didn’t move forward. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience.

The maintenance staff at Octave Apartments is consistently impressive. Derrick deserves recognition for his outstanding work. Recently, there was an issue with our bathroom and Derrick responded and resolved it efficiently. There has also been other issues that Derrick and other maintenance workers have worked on and they do an amazing job in getting the work done. They were professional, communicative, and left the area clean after the repair. Having such a dedicated and skilled team member maintaining the community is a pleasure. Thank you Derrick, for your excellent service! The commitment to making the living experience positive is appreciated.

Maintenance did an amazing job! Derrick is very knowledgeable and was able to fix our sink in no time at all and even upgraded the faucet to a newer model which was super nice! Not a big fan of the new property management company at Octave though. Have had too many issues come up with responsiveness and not answering the phones or responding to emails. The quality of the complex has dropped drastically and they have fees for every little thing that didn’t even exist with the previous company. My wife and I used to love it here, we have lived here for 8 years, this is where we raised our family, but now we can’t wait until our lease ends so we can find a different place to live.

Loveeee the staff. Leasing office are all very sweet and patient, and love out maintenance team Andrew and Derrick. Very sweet and are very quick to help. We appreciate their efficiency and kindness.
