Oconomowoc School Apartments

My parents rent an apartment here. Kinda cool school vibes with lockers still in the hallway. Apartments are nice. Tall ceilings and large windows also make it feel bigger. There is still a chalkboard in my parents apartment which is kinda cool. Maintence dept. Is slow to fix issues, but overall a nice place.

I honestly love my apartment and the building! This place has been a huge blessing to me. The parking space is an additional $45 per month but is worth it to keep one's car out of the elements. My apartment is packed with historical charm and has excellent lighting. There are 55 units with different personalities in each unit. Most people are honest, on the level and keep to themselves. I have made some wonderful friends here and we all look out for each other with genuine care and sincerity. I'm also blessed to be able to have my dog here. I always pick up after him and management has provided various bag stations around the building. How generous is that!! I used to live at the Oconomowoc School Apartments. I can honestly say I wish I had never moved. I miss the people and the unique appeal of the building. Dustin the manager was always so much fun and so pleasant to talk to. I always felt like he took the time to get to know the residents and the Holiday parties that he hosted for the building were so much fun. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to live. I know I hope to move back in if a unit comes available.

Dustin, the Property Manager does a great job addressing any issues professionally. The apartment complex is clean. The units are beautiful. I’ve been here two years and have nothing to complain about.

I have never lived in apartment building like this one. When I need something fixed it gets fixed. The people here are friendly and always have a smile on their face. The building manager makes sure that everything runs smoothly and it always looks nice.
