The term luxury absolutely should not apply to these apartments. We signed our lease sight unseen because management wouldn’t allow tours of occupied units—our first red flag. Although our unit was supposedly remodeled before move-in, the work was sloppy at best. Cabinetry wasn’t finished, and they even painted over tape stuck to the door frame. Within a year, rent was raised by 20%, which felt excessive given the quality. Additional issues: The HVAC system is outdated and inefficient. Walls are paper-thin—you’ll hear everything. Windows are old, drafty, and let in bugs. Monthly charges for Pest Control, Trash & Sewage. This is the only place I’ve heard of having separate utilities for these things and not automatically accounting for that with rent prices. Kids playing in the parkin

Josh, the maintenance guy is incredibly professional and helpful! I had put in a work order on Sunday and it was fixed the next day before I got home from work! Highly recommend!

I received a thank you email for stopping by directing me to leave a review which is impossible because I never received a response to my emails or voicemails to see available units. After three emails and two voicemails and cc'ing the accounting department , they finally said the unit was rented. But at no time, was I offered a time to see a unit. I cannot comprehend how a leasing company doesn't respond to prospective tenant's inquiries.
