We have been at our property rental going on 5 yrs. The girls (all of them) are very pleasant. I love my rental and love dealing with oceanbreeze properties.

Very professional and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rent the house that I was interested in due to the breed of my dog. The owner’s home owners insurance said they wouldn’t cover her if she rented to me due to the breed of my dog (7 year old American Stafford Terrier/bulldog mix - never been aggressive excellent records) AND I have my own pet insurance through Allstate. No fault of Ocean Breeze and I would definitely use them again if I needed to rent in the future. Fortunate for me, I did find a landlord who was willing to accept my pet insurance on the breed of my dog. FYI - When looking for rentals make sure you check that the owners home insurance doesn’t have breed restrictions.

Marcia and Tina managed my rental property for two years and helped mw list and sell my home. They screened and chose perfect tenants for my rental. They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. They communicated between myself and tenants and swiftly resolved all problems. They had resources for all possible homeowner needs when repairs or maintenance was required. When the market changed and I decided to sell my property they also listed and sold my property at a fair market value and quickly. I would definitely recommend and use Oceanbreeze properties again.

I hired them to find a renter for my home and only had three showings in five weeks. One of the showings was to a lady with three dogs and I only accept one dog with a lease. If I asked a question by text it would take two business days to get a reply. They listed my address with the ad and I had people just stopping by to look at the house, the ad was going to be edited to say occupied but never was changed. They could of used the office address for my privacy or any other option to keep things safer. AirBNB will only show the general area of a rental location until you book it then you get the exact address. Not a good experience I would never use them again.
