Ocean Village Vacation Rentals - S. Hutchinson Island

We spent two weeks at Ocean Village over Christmas and New Year 2026 with our family (two adults, two children), and the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful and perfectly suited for golf, tennis, and pickleball. As a tennis coach, I was especially impressed by the quality of the clay courts, which are extremely well maintained. The main pool is excellent, the jacuzzi is well located, amenities are plentiful, and the overall cleanliness of the property is outstanding. The atmosphere is pleasant and feels very safe, and the close proximity to the beach is a real bonus. The only minor drawback is the wristband system, which can be a bit repetitive and sometimes confusing depending on the situation, but this is a small detail. So we stayed here 2 years ago and the main pool was closed due to renovation so we decided to give it another try this year to start we booked this condo for 2 weeks. 4 days before we arrived they canceled our condo then we had to settle for a different less updated condo but we were trying to make the best of it. When we arrived the condo pictures where not at all accurate to what the condo was. The pictures had a nice beach feel and what we got was big dark wood furniture, grandfather clock and a couch that looked it was in a smokers house for years. So we are still trying to make the best of our trip and I have 3 kids and we wanted to go to the main pool it’s very nice but if you have kids you might as well forget it. The resort is a great place for people without kids. We took our family and it seemed to be a bit over the top on rules. The kids weren't allowed pool toys(I can understand no floats or balls, but no diving rings seems excessive). I would recommend having security stop every family that enters the pool area to brief them on the rules so then the security guard doesn't have to walk around the pool multiple times explaining the rules to the families with children. The security guard was a bit aggressive with us on the rules because it seemed like he was aggravated with having to repeat himself so he treated us like he already told us the rules multiple times when in reality this was the first time he told us about the no pool toy rules even though the night before we played in the pool with

One of the best locations in Florida, down town fort pierce is not developed but the sea shores compensate! Ocean Village is a closed location for owners or for vacation rentals. The beach is A1, but beware sharks! I was with my son frisbee in the shallow waters, few medium size sharks where moving few feet far from us, we left the waters.

We rented a one bedroom condo for two weeks but checked out after 6 days due to unforeseen change of plans. The until had been slightly updated but had multiple tacky or lack of amenities. The only toilet was leaking at the inflow with a Tupperware container catching the drops. There were only 2 bath towels. And the wash clothes needed replacement. The only liquid soap and dishwashing liquid stood almost empty on the counters. Paradise Rentals have been very unresponsive to my phone calls. The resort was fairly nice but our rental was poor.
