We have had a lot of good experiences with Ocean View Realty and specifically, Lisa Giacona. Lisa was the realtor who handled our transaction when we bought our condo. She handled everything very professionally and the sale went very smoothly. Now she manages the rental of our unit for us. Lisa is very good about staying in contact with us and keeping us informed. She works hard to keep our unit rented with good clients and is very responsive to the renter's needs. She goes out of her way to make sure the renters are always happy. I can't say enough good things about Lisa, Leslie and everyone else at Ocean View Realty. I would highly recommend this company for all real estate buying, selling and renting needs.

My husband and I rented from Ocean View for 4 years. By far the best Rental Company we have ever had. Rhonda, Jeanne and Deanna are absolutely amazing. The couple of times we had a problem that needed to be fixed they were quick to have it fixed. The way we were treated for the 4 years was wonderful, it was truly sad when we left the area. Can’t say enough about the great group of people that work at Oceanview Realty. We purchased a condo in Ormond Beach, tried renting it out selves, no luck called Oceanview to list with them. Before we could fill out paperwork they had our condo rented for us. Thank you Oceanview for always working hard for us on renting and taking care of our condo. When life throws you a curve ball and you have to sell they can also take care of you, ours sold in 16 days. They have a wonderful Realtor on board Lisa Giacona. She is great and works for you. I made a friend with Lisa. If l am ever in the market for a property we will call Lisa. Lisa is someone you can trust. Or if we vacation and need a rental we will call Oceanview. My wife & I booked a vacation house from another company and to our dismay, the house had someone else booked. We were very upset after driving 10 hours only to find out that we had nowhere to stay.
