Ocean Breeze Apartments

I lived here for 3 years 2b 2bth and although my neighbors were loud I lived very comfortably. Apartment has great storage good washer/dryer in unit and overall was sad to leave due to the increase of rent every year and no aesthetic improvements. There was a roach/spider problem. I’ve never had roaches until I got to these apartments. After intensive treatment it was fixed. I didn’t really need much from the leasing office but when I did the ladies always helped me. One of them wasn’t friendly but also wasn’t rude to me. Some people just done smile :) Also, I never heard maintenance workers be vulgar and always greeted me good morning. overall I would recommend these apartments and if the rent lowers I would be back. Very sad to leave.

I've been a resident here for over 7 years and Jesse is the best maintenance man by far. Any complaints or concerns I have regarding my unit he patiently listens and ensures that the issues are taken care of in a timely matter.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with management office ,specifically regarding the apartment manager (Ana Campos)handling of residence concerns. I'd like to speak with a regional representative or someone else about an issue that has been ongoing since June 12th, 2024. I no longer wish to communicate with the manager due to her threats and tone of speech.

They care more of outside appearance but not how they lease. All the apartments are INFESTED with roaches. When their contractor shows for pest controls, they only spray for less than 5 minutes and follow up appointment is the same

I’ve been living in these apartments for the past year and I have been very comfortable there. Like any other community you have a few bad apples but that is normal and it is very manageable. Other than that the maintenance staff is great very polite and trustworthy. Ernestina has done a great job in taking care of us and maintaining a great complex. Looking forward to resigning a new lease next month.
