We have three units with Obsidian and couldn’t be happier. They are timely, transparent, and thorough with all paperwork. The portal is easy to use and fully electronic, and payments are consistent and reliable. They worked hard to get our units filled and succeeded even during the slow season.

Buyer Beware! Fake reviews and predatory practices. Horrible property management. Shady practices like raising rent to force us to leave so that they can keep our security deposits, and lot splitting, where they buy a residential lot and then slap multiple 'houses' on it so they can overcharge multiple families rent for one lot. Bend is a wonderful place to live but these aren't your guys.

Brian and Braeden went above and beyond on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of the new house. It was not an easy transaction and they were both proactive and quickly available for any questions or suggestions. I cannot recommend Obsidian enough... Not a lot of brokers would have stuck with us to the finish on this one!
