Oasis on Grand

New management has completely failed to support or communicate with tenants, and seems to be hostile to those already living here. Nobody is in the office, no maintenance requests have been handled, and the grounds are extremely unkempt. Multiple tenants have had issues with Black mold, broken air conditioning, cars broken into. This was a great place to live until this company came in- corporate greed is profiting from displacing all the low income tenants and artists. No longer allows first Friday events, raised the rent on Artist studios, and gallery has art but is never open despite posted hours.

Don't stay here. The units reek of smoke. It looks like an apartment complex, but it's more like a trailer park.

These guys are in it just for the money and then when I was asked to leave their staff stole a $300 worth of my groceries and a bunch of my property they kick people out just to rip them off it's a horrible place

I have lived here at Oasis on Grand for going into 17 months as of now. Gurst and for most Liz Mendez, Property Manger is by far the best asset Dunlap Magee could possiahave. She is nor only a great Property Manager but by far just a amazing person. She treats the tenants here great. She is always looking for Suttons if a tenant has an issue, she goes above and beyond her job requirements. Liz would even go the extra miles to help a tenant by working past her scheduled shift or even come in on a Satursay, one of two of her days off to make sure her tenants have everything they need to succeed. She truely is a good person. The complex itself is clean, well maintained, and the tenants that live here at Oasis On Grand are all respectful and ready to lend a hand to anybody who asks for help

This was by far my partner and I's favorite place we lived in Phoenix. The people are incredibly friendly, Sandra from the office is absolute one of the kindest people I have ever met. The apartments are a fantastic use of space, the neighbors are friendly and the place is just very mellow and easy going. The neighborhood is a bohemian chic, and while it has its rough edges we felt safe and happy there.
