Oasis at 2600 Apartments

I recently moved in here but so far so good! Everyone has been really respectful and the apartments are cute inside - super bright and beautiful views of the sunrise/ sunsets

Oasis has been a wonderful place to live, the management and maintenance team have been a blessing to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet place to live. 2 enthusiast thumbs up!

Went homeless because of them. They have active pending lawsuits. Do not invest in Avenue 5 Edit - Forgot to mention they raised the rent and pressured month by month lease instead of 12 month, the rent went from 940 to 1800+ even though they literally got shot up a year or two ago. :/ Second Edit - 2025... Trina is real sweet which makes me so sad that she and the nice staff are working for such a scam of a company. They violate so many accessibility codes and have hidden fees and rules that they slyly sneak into the lease that puts vulnerable people like me and many immigrant families at risk. I have been living here for 7 months and everything was going great till my neighbor started fighting with her boyfriend and that caused us having to call the cops multiple times and the old manager Trina was handling everything Tell the new manager came in and she was aware of the situation. I have emailed and called the office multiple times but nothing was done never got any emails or calls back and now they are trying to charge me a late fee as well as a nsf fee but I made sure that I paid my rent on time as well as made sure the money was in my account, I even called my bank to see if they tried to pull the money out of my account but my bank said that they didn’t try to pull anything out of my account, I tried going to the office to talk to the manager during open business hours but
