Do NOT move here! Its a literal trap. I lived here a few years ago. The apartment I was shown was not the apartment I got to move in to and did not know until I signed my lease and moved in. The apartment was not even cleaned when I moved in. The air condinting did not work but they blamed it on "its a top floor apartment so it will get a little warmer" was the excuse they gave me in the middle of the summer. I had to have 3 fans running in my living room to keep it cool. It was 90 outside it was 90 in the apartment even though I had the air set at 67 so you can only imagine what my electric bills were like. 2nd they have roaches and all kinds of bugs even when your apartment is clean, you ask them to spray they say they sprayed but still bugs everywhere all the time! 3rd i moved out i bel

Lived here for 3 months couldn’t take it dirty the people who live there are low vibration it’s a shut show trash every where rats roaches leasing office charging u whole bunch of fees they can’t explain I wouldn’t recommend if you need to get on your foot cool but get in & get out this is basically a mini projects I forgot they shooting dice all night all you hear is the dice & dem snapping they fingers the kids parents don’t care bout dem kids outside call night by my door making noise had to tell dem move multiple time …. Like literally open my door yelling like a crazy person because I can’t get no rest ALSO MY DOG CAUGHT FLEES 3 TIME IN THE SPACE OF 3 4 MONTHS DISGUSTING gun shots every other night if you are a decent person this is not a place you want to live he

ZERO STARS………. I’ve only been here 7mos and it’s been terrible since the beginning. Today i came home to the a/c units that was provided 2 days ago after i’ve been asking for 2 mos for working a/c. my electricity bill is very high because of the efforts of trying to cool my unit 2bed2bth. They came in while i was at work and took back the a/c units that i have had for 2 days out of my child and I bedroom and damaged the windows so now they do not close properly . Being that it’s friday after 5 pm when i discovered it. I can not contact anyone for this problem and go through the weekend with out any air being they are closed on saturday’s. They charge for pest control but they don’t come and they clearly know they have pest . The staff talk to you like you are a less than and do not have an

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! They have rats and mice and all they do is patch the holes up just for the rats to chew right back through it. My stove hasn’t been working the entire time I lived here and maintenance STILL hasn’t showed to fix it and I’ve been here 4 months now, the plumbing is horrible; all the sinks and toilet gets stopped up every other day and smells really bad !!! I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE I WARN YOU! This was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. They make the approval process quick just to get u in. The day i got my keys to move in, the apartment had RAT poop everywhere. I began to second guess myself because i thought i was tripping… me and my boyfriend began to move my items into the unit and we heard sqeeking all in the ceilings. BUT THAT WASNT EVEN THE WORST PART …i told my boyfriend to move the appliances and look behind them and there we saw a RAT behind the refrigerator. The next day i went to the office to receive my deposit back but was told I can’t get it back. DONT MOVE HERE.
