Oakwood Apartments

I'm a traveler from Texas and I have consistently experienced the best service here at Jema Properties. The staff and neighbors have truly been friendly and helpful. I've received timely and friendly response to any maintenance request. I would recommend this property management company to my family and friends. Keep up the great work. 🙂

The apartments were nasty they hadn't been cleaned before we moved in. The tubs were disgusting it looked as if someone had shaved showered and got out and left hair all over the shower and drain. The toilets hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. It had nicotine stains running down the walls. There was something in there was eating my kids up they had bites from head to toe. And they did nothing about it. I showed them my kids and they did nothing. I would run the other way do not rent here. They were rude. We were not told to have our company to park on other side of parking lot so one day they knocked on the door and said they need to move, in fact just tell them not to come back. They insisted on knowing exactly how many people I had visiting at that time. The manager that lives

The office staff is always very friendly and polite. From what I've heard the staff and maintenance response to any issues in a timely manner. I've enjoyed my deals with them. Keep up the good work

JEMA properties! Great Company Great People, I know personally because I install all the flooring in there units, If your looking or planning to move to Searcy or surrounding areas, I would say check em out first! Here's to a good year ahead! 🥂!

Rental prices are good, however there are no numbered parking spaces, so basically any other resident can take your space when you leave to go someplace.
