Oakwood Apartments

This is an income based housing. I lived here for 5 years while I raised my 2 little ones and went to college. My experience was truly a nightmare to say the least. Neighbors were violent, disruptive, and stole a lot. The manager was unkind and disrespectful. German cockroaches infested my apartment. We had them all 5 years because they were there when we moved in and we were connected to our neighbor's house through a thin wall, which allowed the cockroaches to go back and forth. When my 2 kids and I lived there, we were constantly sick. I had a feeling it was due to the health status of the apartment. (Cockroaches, etc.) For example, there was a lot of mold in the walls. Also, the AC would mess up a lot for a couple years and when the AC messed up, water leaked everywhere allowing for mi

Tried calling the last 2 weeks to see availability. no luck getting in contact with anyone. When someone does answer they dont say anything and just hang up on ya

Is it easy to get in these apartments??
