Paul is unprofessional. She allows for a woman to be disrespectful towards someone who lives at the complex. We will call this person who lives at this apartment Betty and call the rude neighbor Karen cause it fits. Paula needs to investigate if Karen is being truthful when she complains about Betty. Betty just stays home and can not walk on her own floor with out Karen knocking on her door complaining that Betty is making too much noise. Karen harassed Betty's guest. Betty can not have her relatives visit without Karen harassing them and calling the cops on Betty. I advise that you do not try to rent from this property. The apartment manager Paula seems all cool and legit at first over the phone but is totally opposite in person. Once in person she is not very professional at all. She cusses a lot in front of you and she is very misleading. She will take your deposit money from you, approve you and give you an apartment # and tell you it's got to be repaired then she will keep leading you on for a month's time and won't answer your calls hardly and then come back and tell you you're not approved and give you the run around. When it comes to giving you your deposit back she keeps it for 45 days total and then when she gives it back to you they are useless money orders because you've already filled them out for her apartment complex. Paula Long is an amazing property manager. She goes above and beyond in her usual compassionate and caring manner. The units are nice for the price and Charlie maintains them well. The only issue is that the property owner refuses to allow cable tv and internet and allows only satellite and 4g internet.
