I had contacted Mark a few times throughout the past year inquiring about 3 bedroom rentals. I called him and he told me he was about have 2 available soon. He gave me the info on the 2 properties and sent my fiancé and I applications. He told us they looked good, no one else knew about the houses and that he would let us know something soon. It took him from May 19th to June 3rd to let us know that he had chosen someone else to rent the property. He initially told us we were first in line, gave us keys to go look at the house and we even took our son who also loved it- then he asked us for a little time because the remodel wasn’t finished yet.
