Oakview Terrace Apartments I & II

New owners. All they did was a face lift and charged lots of rent for the cheap paint. This place has horrible maintenance response, poor communication, and no interaction. New washers don't work properly, ac unit keeps going out, repetitive problems. For what you pay here I'm sure you can get better living else where. The office manager and assistant do not return phone calls.

Lots of very shady character all day long.

I use to love visiting these apartments because I found it to be very peaceful. Maybe one day soon I could see if they have anything avalible. I think this is a perfect place to be to yourself and I find it very convenient for job opprotunities, bus routes, school and much more. I recommend anyone looking for an affortable place of living to move here!
