Oakview Apartments

Very tiny apartments for the price they are charging. Seems quiet ,but after asking around I found out that there has a few shootings during the summer. The picture does not represent what the apartment really looks like. The bathroom barely fits a single person. The kitchen still has older appliances and there was a roach on the wall during the viewing.Management controls heat during colder months. It’s a basic box apartment ,but it was not for me so I chose to look elsewhere.

This was a great apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. All the appliances worked perfectly, and everything was new. The neighborhood was quiet, with a nice community feel. I would recommend it as a good place for families. The Rental Office and landlord were friendly, fair, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend the Oakview Apartments to everyone I know.

Before we even moved in the communication that the staff had with us was amazing. Since moving in we’ve had no problems, maintenance responds within the same day and gets things taken care of. I’ve never felt like I was forgotten by staff in this complex, it’s a very nice environment to live in and very clean.

Moved there in November and so far so good , very quiet , when it snows the plows come right away to clean up .. my only thing is parking ! I wish the person on the lease should have reserved parking .. I’m a single women and I don’t like walking further then I have to .. but all around I’m happy there !

Neighborhood is kind of sketchy but the actual apartment was awesome!!! Reasonable prices, spacious, tons of closets and windows, and the water gets really hot. They have an on site laundry center and plenty of parking as well. I'm not sure about painting options as far as personalizing your apartment. Great for a single person though.
