Really nice apartment but in beaumont building I think someone is participating in illegal activities. Not to mention the fights coming out of one of the apartments. But otherwise quiet, nice. Hard working people that live there
These apartments are expensive to be the way they are. FAIRFIELD IS EXPENSIVE YET THEY SUPPOSE TO ACCEPT SECTION 8 & OTHER PROGRAMS AS THE LAW STATES! YET THEY BOOST UP THE RENT TO WHERE IT IS UNAFFORDABLE! EVEN PPL WHO WORK W/O PROGRAMS KNOW THAT IT IS EXPENSIVE THEY CAN'T DO FAMILY THINGS WITH THEIR FAMILY BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO WORK SO MUCH JUST TO NOT BE HOMELESS!
RIP offs, call for service they take days.we had a leak from move in. On move out still not fixed!. Also walls are so thin you can hear upstairs if you have a bottom appartment and you can hear neighbors.
Disaster. Always under construction and claim we didn't pay rent. Run while you can.
Of course you already knew I will say. The rent is to damn high.
