This has been home for over a decade! The location has always been a factor, as has the staff that supports the community. Rent increases are part of the equation, but with those increases, continued maintenance of not only the individual units but the common spaces should be equally reviewed and addressed.

Raykel was very welcoming and friendly. My initial impression is very positive.

The place is mostly great, the parking is a nightmare! Limited lot space which is usually taken (in spite of warning signs) by the Venn Brewing patrons, who apparently can't read. Have been on a waiting list for a full time garage space since 8/18, its now almost March 2019. Only 2 people with garage parking have moved out in that time. Seriously reconsider unless you don't have a car. Signs everywhere, no one has ever been towed. Recent changes to amenity policies allow community room and theater room reservations for the entire day (12-9 pm). The community room is the only access to the patio and grills. Who needs a room for 9 hours!? And the cops came this past weekend after another lengthy community room reservation. NO BUENO. Clientele has degraded. IDK what is happening.
