I love living here . I love the space and interior design also the people here in the office are so nice and welcoming ❤️they even provide us dinner and food items and help as they can 🥰❤️ what a blessing 😇
Honestly I used to live in these apartments and it was the worst for my mental health Everytime you look around your being harassed with entry and put in a bad mental space inspection after inspection this is supposed to be a support help low income families not put them of fear of losing their place if things don't personally meet expectations people are experiencing all kind of life challenges and don't need someone consistently up your back to keep a place to live for your family the staff has attitude problems and puts fear in you and don't like to work with you about things these are not new apartments do they realize how many families have been thru the property over the years instead of threatening people to lose your place help them do better because people come for trauma PTSD and
I'v lived here for going on 3 years and they use to always fixed anything in a reasonable time. Hower ever, that is not the case anymore. It took them 2 months to fix the nob on my shower. My bathroom sink has been cloged for going on 2 weeks. My cabnit door I had to fix myself, a long with towel rack in my bathroom. The office can be a little hard to get a hold of. They do have dishwashers and microwaves. One of laundry facilities has not hot water , besides that I like to use them. They have a feature that will inform your phone when your cloths are done so u don't have to wait there on them. They keep the place clean. They did work with me to get transferred to a 3 bedroom. Which I am grateful for. Update. They have fixed the issue at hand. Are quick again to fix stuff. New office mana
Current Management is worst ever seen before. Heater /Air conditioner in management controlling is still not turned on in the essential season even though the weather getting cold now. Tenants have to buy your own heater/AC to keep the comfortable room. Management has never responded to email or phone call with voice message all time. Maintenance service is not on time schedule, complex parking lots light burn out take forever to replace. Management doesn't care about tenants safety and uncomfortable living. NOT GOOD PLACE for Living. Neighbors smoking by the building even NO Smoke sign there. That was bad idea when management replaced wood floor for all upper level apartments. People are discourteous movement making terrible noise all day and night, can’t even have peace time at midnight.
I loked it at first but now that I trued to call the office about some personal issues I was having they couldnt located me to another united. I had a discussion with the manager and I said to her that I was deciding to move and she said it was granted and when I can turn in the keys. I never told her that I decided to move. When I emailed her again about the apartment she told me that O no longer lived there and when I was going to turn in the keys. Im afraid to leave the apartment alone just because Im afraid they going to change the locks. Now I dont have anywhere to go. Now we been without gas for almost 2 months now. They just got some hot water running. The outside of the complex look nasty. They have pipes running from one apartment complex to another. Its not safe here to live now.
