Oaks Minnehaha Longfellow

Love living here, but the guy on the four wheeler needs to chill. He drives excessively fast in the garage especially around the corners. I have almost been hit by him because of this. He’s very inconsiderate when it comes to what time we’re shoveling snow. 6 a.m. on a Saturday just feels a little unnecessary. I understand that he is just helping out around the apartment, but he needs to do it with a little bit more grace.

I’ve been here two months already and I can tell you these folks are amazing at their job. It can be hectic to deal with two buildings ( I corrected the address on google for the 5367 side as it was showing two locations instead of one ) — Shalon and Tarek stepped up to assist with issues and such. They make it seem like a real home. Giving ideas, or recommendations for restaurants/stores etc… The 1bdrm we got has a great view (not the best) but very well worth it. Super quiet. Sometimes I feel it’s only us living here, even though these apartments are full. PRIME LOCATION. You are near MOA, Airport, Outlet Malls, Grocery Stores. You got Edina, Eagan, st, Paul, Uptown, I mean you can go on with the areas to visit. LOTS OF nature trails, walls, lakes, next to the river. I mean these apa

Management is wonderful. I love the community aspect in the apartments, fostered by both the management staff and tenants. Maintenance is timely and competent.

Oaks Minnehaha Longfellow Is a wonderful place to live… The staff is phenomenal … Always putting fun activities together the tenants!! All seasons long activities Bingo Poker BookClub just to name a few 😉😃

Rachel, the Manager is very helpful and will go above and beyond to resolve any issues or concerns. She is the best. The maintenance tech is on point! The whole team is super nice and hardworking! I love living here!
